Nisus Formativus/Urge of Creation

The nisus formativus comes from the teachings of Aristotle, but was maybe known in esoteric mysticism of the times. Nisus Formativus is described as the vital body, the urge for the creation through transformation of oneself, through creating life appart oneself, or projecting and merging. Different traditions represents this as the aggregates of Buddhism, the extension of true Vedas. In Kabbalah it is the relationships between the Yesod (vital), and Hod (astral).
